1.First download a software called 'NMD VPN'.
2.Copy the configs given here in C:\Program Files\NMDVPN\config\
3.Now just run NmdVpn as Administrator and connect with given config.
(b)FOR ANDROID-
1.Download nmdvpn/openvpn for android.
2.Import the given configs in nmdvpn/openvpn & connect.
